I was trying to add 2 items to an order I had already placed just minutes after I placed it but it was after hours and nobody was available to help me until it had already been boxed and ready to ship on a palette. It was too late. This was the response I got from support. After I expressed my dissatisfaction and hung up the phone, Maryellie, went above and beyond to keep a customer happy by looking for my package herself and adding the 2 items for me. Thank you, I really appreciate you! I have read about some complaints about PNS' new web site and I totally disagree. The old web site had many issues such as not knowing what was in stock before ordering. This has been fixed and I love that I can find exactly what I'm looking for. I love this website almost all of my nail products I order from here the problem products will be available then I go to order again and they aren't available don't have any idea why mostly cnd colors are there then gone next time, right now I'm looking for their spa manicure citrus milk bath for my manicures and I can't find it so aggravated, I do alot of regular manicures so I need a good soak to use.

When we receive an order, our orders are often not fully shipped, they tend to only ship half of our order every time. They also aren't consistent with their shipping times.

I'm giving a 4-star review because you guys carry a lot of inventory and I like that. In years past, it would have been a 5 star, but ever since you launched the new website, I just hate it. It is hard to navigate and not user-friendly. The search bar is weird and never finds what I'm looking for. I think you need an overhaul on it again. There have been several times that I have gotten frustrated and ordered elsewhere because of this.
