I drive by this place all the time when I go to downtown Concord. It has decent review and fair pricing online. (Last time I got a quote from a fancy salon for $130 for hair cut and color.) So today I decided to drop in to get hair cut. I have pretty long hair to middle of my back, and want to something different for the new year. I do have perm hair from one year ago from other place. I showed her the picture how I want it, and she did a good job. She only charges me $25 for my long hair cut. I am pretty happy about the cut and she is very efficient. It only took about 20 minutes. Even though the place does not have fancy furniture or salon feel, but it is clean and great skill cut. I will come back when time to perm my hair again and maybe color, too. Highly recommended!

Ann is a veteran when it comes to cutting hair. It’s just her in the salon which means no overstimulation from other people working as simultaneously. She cuts my hair well and is just a genuinely sweet woman. I love coming to her to get my hair cut!

I've been coming here off and on for the 10 years I've lived in Concord. I'm a woman but I'm not a girly girl. I am not super particular about haircuts, So much so that I'm willing to brave a Super Cuts or Great Clips if I'm in desperate need of a haircut. I have gotten the best haircuts of my life and the WORST haircuts of my life in these places. It's really not worth rolling the dice. Premier Cuts will always give you a good haircut. Be prepared for when you walk in, they'll tell you to come back in x amount of time. I just walked in with longer than shoulder length hair asking for a lob (that is still long enough to get into a ponytail) and that woman delivered!
