This has been the best laser hair removal experience ever! Katie always greets you at the front with a smile and remembers your name, Katheryn is so personable and knowledgeable and the overall experience of laser is pretty much painless and quick. Pricing is great and the laser used is safe and effective for darker skin tones. I came in to have one area done and kept on adding more which says it all

Catherine was incredibly helpful and friendly—she explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the treatment. Came to Premier for two leg surgeries to treat lipedema and I am so glad I chose these folks for my care. They were knowledgable, compassionate, and treated me with so much dignity through the whole process- which is so important considering how vulnerable one can be with surgeries like this! Additionally, these folks are relatively affordable and were the only clinic in the entire state of WA that I'd contacted (and I contacted several!) to have been transparent about their pricing up front. To say I am happy with the results of Sharon's work is an understatement. I walked in only knowing what I didn't want and Sharon took it from there and effortlessly delivered the result I was after. Lots of experience in this office, with a front desk staff not only knowledgeable but willing to spent considerable time explaining services, and this all before I was even a client.
