We LOVE the Premier Store Chicago! Todd and Kathy are so friendly and very knowledgeable. It's a great option for us when we need to stock up on anything last minute. 10/10 recommend!!

Answered the phone “hello?” Didn’t really identify whether or not it was even a store. I have an Indiana cell phone number and her excuse was “well it’s an Indiana number so I didn’t think you called the right store.” I asked if they sold a quick keratin…. A spray in that lasts 10-15 shampoos. “Well we sell Brazilian and we don’t carry keratin complex.” I didn’t ask about your brands. I asked if you carried a quick keratin. “Well I have this spray by keune.” Lady I didnt ask if you had a style product with keratin in it. I asked for a quick keratin…. Like an express treatment. “No! I told you we don’t have that.” I know for a fact Brazilian blow out has an express treatment. At minimum: know your product. And don’t answer the phone like it’s your house. Looks like I’m driving to Skokie
