Premier Barbershop

I got a crew cut and beard trim. No appointment--got lucky and was able to do a drop in. I explained the basics of what I wanted, showed a few pics of cuts I found online, and my barber (William) took care of the rest. He checked in with me several times to confirm the details as he progressed, which I appreciated. Got exactly the haircut I wanted, with attention to detail and at a reasonable price. Can pay with cash or card. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.

I had an appointment with Jesse for 11:30. When I showed up they said I would have to reschedule and said the appointment was scheduled for 11:00. I have a screenshot showing the original time was for 11:30. They said they called to tell me the appointment was moved to 11:00. I had no missed calls or voicemails. You can see on the screenshot that the reminder for the appointment was changed to 11:00 at 10:53. Really? Very disappointed and will not return. The bigger issue is the attitude of the people there. No apology or explanation, just a short-“you’ll have to reschedule.” Will not be returning! This is the second time with subpar customer service with them. They could have at least been polite about it.

I already have an established barber. I only came here because I needed an emergency haircut for a work meeting and my guy wasn’t available until Thursday. Gave this shop a chance and Mat messed me up. I had to come back after noticing the huge difference in the cut completely uneven. Bro is trying to cut hair at the speed of light. Never again. Next time I’ll show up to my meeting with no haircut if my barber isn’t available.

It was an excellent experience as usual. My son is a regular here. He has come here for almost a year now. He goes in by himself and they always take great care of him. They're extremely professional and genuinely care about their customers. When you walk in, it's like seeing old friends....and that's how they treat you every time. Highly recommend!

Such a great environment that matches the expertise of all the Barbers here. They take there time to make sure when they are done that you are completely happy with the grooming you received before you get out of that barber chair. I promise you that you will leave this barber shop feeling way better about yourself before you came in. Not just because you look better but also because everyone is so nice and funny and it’s a whole experience in itself.
