Excellent!! Not your average massage. Although very thorough and relaxing, at my request, Melinda took the time to ask about issues and pointed out knots and stress points. She frequently asked about pressure and shared her observations as she conducted the massage. She was very educated and experienced and it came through. This was better than any massage at the best 5 star resort - where all they care about is volume. Highly recommend and I’ll be a regular.

Melinda is truly a local gem! I have chronic back issues due to scoliosis and was looking for some relief while vacationing on St. Simons. Melinda immediately identified all my pain points—many of which I hadn’t even mentioned during the initial evaluation. She has a deep understanding of the body’s physiology and is incredibly kind and attentive. I had three sessions with her and left feeling completely renewed. Now I have one more thing to look forward to during our annual trip to the island!

I found Melinda at PreForm Massage through a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad I did. She’s an excellent massage therapist! As someone who regularly does long-distance triathlons and running events—and who also deals with lingering back issues from a physically demanding career—I really appreciate her ability to deliver a strong, effective deep tissue massage. I always leave feeling better and more prepared for training and competition. I highly recommend Melinda if you’re looking for a skilled and knowledgeable massage therapist.

Went in with focus area of lower back, Lindy was able to not only work out the problem but advise me as to why it could be happening and gave me some tips to do throughout my day.. the problem was 90% resolved when leaving the office and her advice is making a huge difference to keep it at bay in a day to day lifestyle. I HIGHLY recommend visiting her and be honest with the issue, she’ll take very good care of you!!

Highly recommend. One of the most effective massages I’ve had for ridding my headaches due to neck pain. Very knowledgeable.
