They do not wipe chairs or wash hands between clients, so often the chairs are very dirty or sweaty. Also sometimes they makes my brows too thin, no matter how many times I ask them not to. On the most recent visit, I asked them to not touch a certain area at all and she removed all the hair from that area even as I was asking her not to. When it's done right it's nice, but it's more often that it's done incorrectly.

I am giving them 4 stars because overall I love this place and I've been coming here for eyebrow threading like 2 years now. I usually just go with whoever is available, but last 2 times I did my eyebrows, I did them with the lady that stands the furthest from the door. Both times she burned my skin and I didn't heal for days and it hurt so bad. I won't stop coming, I will just not choose her, I am sorry.

Best eyebrow threading in the area. I’ve been coming here for years and have always been happy. No appointment necessary, you may have to wait, but they’re fast efficient and very nice. Spotlessly clean too.

Do not go to this place as they do not know what they are doing. I went here and trusted them with my eyebrows and they completely took half of my eyebrow off. So then, I asked for tint and the tint was terrible and they made them thick & it did not match my eyebrow color so it was purely disgusting. I asked her to remove the tint and she still charged me for it. I cant believe I paid $22 for a terrible service in where my eyebrow was cut off. Go somewhere else and spend the extra $10 but rest assured your eyebrow will be there.

Nilam just did my eyebrows and upper lip for the first time and she was AMAZING!! I have tried different places before and I swear my tears don’t stop, I thought I was just to sensitive but after Nilam put her hands on me I can tell I was not the problem! She was so delicate doing her job! Thank you thank you thank you!! I found my girl 🫶🏻
