Belle is a wonderful braided and she is meticulous about her parts and the outcome. She is easy to book with and only requires a $25 deposit to hold your appt. Her shop is very clean and you can watch Netflix and have food ordered. I have been to her at least 5 times and another one on the books.

I’ve tried to give this stylist(Belle) the benefit of the doubt but after multiple experiences, I feel compelled to share. I had at least six appointments where she was either running late, still working on someone hair when I arrived, or double booked entirely. While I understand that some styles can run over the complete lack of communication when running over is unacceptable. Mistakes can happen once or twice but this has become a pattern that shows a real lack of professionalism. She is talented and her braiding is neat, but she works very slow in between vape smoking and texting. More importantly, if you attempt to address the consistent tardiness or unprofessional behavior, she becomes defensive and refuses to offer any kind of refund citing her booking site policies. Worst experience I've ever had with a business. I booked with belle and the day of my hair appointment she told me she was running a little late, it turns into hours of waiting. I tried asking how long the wait no response, then after over 2 hours of waiting she texted me saying it's going to be another hour and I could come back the next day and get a free hairstyle, but I already paid almost two weeks in advance because she asked me too. I tried to ask a time and even said I might come back later no response, finally around 3:30 I just asked for a refund because I wasn't getting anywhere and didn't want the service if it was this hard to just get a time she didn't respond. Finley I figured I wasn't getting my money back so I laft a bad review on Bell's personal business site, she texted

I tried knotless braids for the very 1st time and I fell in LOVE with how Belle braided my hair!! She did an AWESOME job and I refer everyone to her for knotless braids! She's definitely the CHAMP with those! Matta fact, I need to make an appt...Brb
