Precision Cut Barber Shop & Beauty Salon

Ryan is the best barber in the New York City. I said what I said! He is more than a barber, the man is an ARTIST. Please know the differences, if you don’t. I travel from Manhattan to sit in his chair and let the master do his work. I take a quick nap and I wake up looking like a million bucks. 3 years now making that trip to Utica Avenue in Brooklyn. I happily sit in NYC traffic every two weeks heading to Precision Cut Barbershop and Beauty Salon knowing I have an appointment with Ryan. Ask for Ryan (the last chair and with the locks) Tell him J the Teacher sent you.

I listened to one of the reviews and went to Ryan. The tape up I asked for was looking good until he went to do my shape up. I'm 26, no receding hairline. Yet, he was ready to apply enhancements without a word, which I declined and he said "I make it look natural"... which confused me because why make it look natural when you can actually DO it naturally? Anyway, he proceeded to shape me up and I swear all he did was the corners, not even my beard. I had to go home and finish lining up the front because it seems Ryan cannot do shapeups without enhancements. $30 tapeup for half azz job

Being a new Brooklyn transplant I needed to find that barber shop that would be the only place I go to. I looked around my area and found this place and I'm happy I did. The "Guy under the TV" as he is known is such a great person. He gives great haircuts and likes to converse as well about current events, but probably other stuff too. I'm happy that I found my go to barber here in Brooklyn. When you need somewhere to go, go here and find the Guy under the TV. Lol

Nice place near Utica Avenue train station and the B46 bus. Haven’t officially met anyone but my son gets his line up here & they seem to be talented Caribbean transplants. My only complaint is their not versed with mixed kids hair so his hair sometimes is uneven. Or his line is too hard thus creating a new hair line further up.

What I love about Precision Cut Barber Shop is that they take the time out to clean their implements while making sure you are wearing a mask and temperature check is a must. I also 💕 the job that was been done on my grandson's hair. It is always a pleasure going there because of their cleanliness, keep up the good work.💕
