I was referred to Alicia about 4 years ago after a co-worker told me about the amazing work she’s done for her problematic skin! I too, unfortunately, have problematic super oily, and acne prone skin.. so it is a constant struggle for me! I usually book for an acne facial and when she gets to see my skin.. she may suggest a different service or an add on that my skin would benefit from so that I get my best deal! She also keeps my brows in line and looking good! Alicia not only does amazing work, she also educates as well. She’s shared a wealth of knowledge with me over the last 4 years! There is a reason I do not let anyone else, myself included, touch my eyebrows. As someone with thick Italian brows, she has completely transformed my eyebrows over the years. Alicia is absolutely amazing! I have used her for a while now and came over when she moved to this location. I absolutely adore the shop as it is welcoming and I always feel comfortable. The services I have gotten have all been wonderful and she customizes everything for my always troublesome and sensitive skin. She answers any questions I have and is just the nicest person you will ever meet! If you need a facial or waxing she is my number 1 recommendation and will continue to see her for as long as I can :)
