PRECIOUS NAILS & SPA 2

I’m in love with my new Gel X set. I was afraid of trying a new style, but with Kaylee, now that fear is gone. I usually get my manicure and pedicure done by Kaylee or Gina. I was a bit hesitant about trying Gel X, however, I heard good things about it and decided to give it a shot. Kaylee did not disappoint. She was very meticulous with the details, gentle and asking if everything looked good and if it was the perfect pink shade. Thank you Kaylee, I continue to get compliments about my nails :).

I have been a customer of Precious Nails for many years. I always love the work they do! My usual nail tech, Jessica, who is amazing, was on vacation so I made an appointment with Clara for the first time. She did a wonderful job with my nails! She got the shape just how I wanted and followed the picture example for my design exactly right. I couldn’t be happier with her work.

I have been going to Kaylee for years so naturally I followed her to Precious Nails and Spa. She always does an incredible job and leaves me feeling beautiful by the end out our appointments. She is reliable and always does a fabulous job. The nail salon itself is very clean and pleasing - everything is new and updated. There are so many options for colors and services. The whole staff is always very kind and friendly. I am happy to call this my new "go-to" spot.

Lucy did my nails today. She is very good at making her clients feel very calm and happy. Every time Lucy does my nails I am always very satisfied with them.

I have visited this location in the past. Today I booked an appointment . Arrived at the location to be told I could not see specified nail tech I booked with , and waited extra 15 mins to be seen . They stuck me with Mary. Technique, filing was rushed. Steps were skipped . I complained multiple times. Clara ( another tech) had to help . I left unsatisfied and tired of complaining . I complained to front desk. Still end up paying full price , no apologies , no discount at next visit . Highly disappointed !
