Praha Spa and Salt - Salt Cave

I received a combo cranial-sacral and lymphatic drainage session. Elizabeth was terrific — intuitive, experienced, knowledgeable, relatable, supportive. She was attentive to my body’s needs, moving and shifting energy where needed. I went home with some info and recommendations. It was a wonderful session, and I will be back! I highly recommend Elizabeth and her specialty gifted services! In addition, Anya was wonderful at the front desk, answering our many questions and helping us choose a few supportive products to purchase! We love Praha Spa and the wonderful energy! I had my second massage with Marie and I am definitely coming back for more. Everyone at the spa is very friendly and helpful - love this place! Marie is so sweet and caring. She really listens to what I feel my body needs and where my problems areas are. Then she takes the time to let my muscles tell her what they need. I already feel such a difference and it’s only been my second session. Highly recommend Marie for your next massage! They also have other treatments and I am excited to come back and try all of them!

I have to say I have never experienced yoga quite like this before! The spa itself had a very relaxing vibe to it. The salt cave was amazing. I felt like I could breathe better after class. I have been to salt spas before but none of them had a salt room with actual salt as the floor, at first I thought it was sand. I have told all my friend about this place and plan to do more classes.

Nancy was my massage therapist today. She listened to me and focused on my areas of concerns. She was able to release tight muscles while also keeping it extremely relaxing. Highly recommend!
