Not only are the products absolutely phenomenal, the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. My first order came with a free lipstick (awesome), but the wrong 6 pan eyeshadow was sent. No big deal, I wrote to them to ask for the correct palette and offered to send back the wrong one. I received a response about 15 minutes after I sent the message. They had me keep the wrong palette they sent and sent me the correct one. Already amazing service. Today I received the package for my original ordered palette and to my surprise, they had included a 30 pan palette to make up for the mistake! I mean WOW, I was in complete shock. Prices are very affordable for such lux quality. And the best thing - this indigenous owned beauty brand donates 50% of all profits to charity! That is something unheard.
