Becca's classes have become a routine part of my life. Her approach to yoga is encouraging, supportive and at times challenging. Practice Works is also a great venue. I absolutely love my office-turned relaxing treatment room at Practice Works (Vestavia location). From the very start, Becca and Meredith, the owners, have been incredibly kind, supportive and helpful. Practice Works offers great amenities and numerous opportunities for networking and member engagement. It truly stands out as the best coworking space in town. As a massage therapist, I really appreciate the calming environment and peaceful atmosphere here. The building is beautiful, very clean, and there's plenty of parking available. Practice Works is an impressive collection of skilled helpers, professionals, and small business owners offering connection and promotion at a time when working solo can be isolating and disorienting. I have been a member for 2.5 years, before and through the pandemic, and have found the community to be filled with resources and an enthusiastic attitude. Not only do I refer my own clients to other Practice Works members, but I have grown my own network as well. I'm grateful for the inspiration that led to Practice Works being born and even from a distance (now living in North Carolina) I benefit regularly from being a part of this community.

I booked Practice Works on short notice for an event of 25 people and they are absolutely phenomenal! Our team enjoyed their lobby space and the decor of their rented spaces are ideal for the look and feel we wanted for our event. The team was easy to work with and checked on us throughout the day. I can't say enough about how great this place is and how excellent they are to work with. If you are considering them I highly recommend using them.

The best co-working space downtown!! Parking is a breeze. Easily accessible right off of Red Mountain Expressway. Cozy quiet environment!! Best space if you need to do some deep concentration work for a project. The conference room is perfect if you need to make a presentation to a small group, and the space itself is ideal for meeting a client or prospect.
