Practical Renewal Massage

I have never been to a massage therapist where I felt so seen and safe. I've been dealing with some intense physical pain from bad PTSD and Leia created such a healing space where she helped ease my pain but not push me too much because she knew it was a place where significant trauma was experienced. She even noticed when my breathing was showing signs of stress and I was needing a break. Leia was absolutely phenomenal and I HIGHLY recommend her, I cannot wait for our next session.

I would like to start this review by mentioning that I am a family physician with extensive knowledge in soft tissue injury. Last year, I suffered an injury to my thigh which required multiple surgeries and eventual skin grafting. I sought expertise in massage body work with a professional that has knowledge in scar remodeling, lymphatic drainage and graft healing. I am so grateful that I have found Leia Davis, licensed massage therapist, who has done tremendous work mobilizing my graft scar tissue and stimulated lymph drainage which has increased my range of motion and diminished pain. Leia truly has gifted hands which seem to find the troublesome areas quite easily. She is also knowledgeable in anatomy and kinesiology, and speaks the language of sports medicine very well. She developed a
