PR At Partners - Old Town Alexandria

This salon really took care of me! From the moment I walked in, I was offered a beverage, my coat was taken and everyone was very nice. From the front desk employee to my stylist, I felt comfortable, heard, and I got everything I needed for a fresh new look, and more! It is a close community of stylists and professionals, and you can tell they love their clients, and their clients love them. I especially loved Melissa. She did an amazing job, told me what she recommended and didn't do anything I didn't want to. She was communicative, honest, sweet, personable, and very skilled at her job. I'll be back to see you for sure!!!

If you value your time and good customer service, do not go to this salon. They charge you for late appointment cancellations which is totally fair - it’s lost revenue for them. However, if they are running way behind schedule they don’t seem to recognize the negative impact on the customer. I have been a client at PR Partners for over 20 years. I recently switched to a stylist at the old town Alexandria location. I made an appointment for the middle of the work day because that is all that was available. I took vacation time to get to this appointment. I arrived a little early and waited in the reception area. I’ve received three curly cuts from Natalie and she is simply the best! She truly cares that you are satisfied with your look and she loves her craft, it definitely shows. She’s very attentive, respects your preferences, and politely brings suggestions forward. Also, I always learn something new from her about hair care! I highly recommend her if you have curly hair/ wavy hair.

Absolutely in love with this salon. A friend recommended Natalie for her work with wavy/curly hair. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, just that I wanted something new, and I was nervous to come in without some ideas. I also have pretty difficult hair - it's dense, coarse, and irregularly wavy. Natalie immediately eased my worries in the way she assessed my hair and asked me questions about my preferences. She made me feel so comfortable and heard! During the cut she clearly explained everything she was doing, made sure I was okay with her plan, and had me check everything over with a mirror several times. I mentioned my sensitivity to strong smells to her and she kept checking in with me throughout our time together to make sure everything was okay for me. My hair came out perfectly

I’ve been going to PR at Partners Salon in Old Town for about 5 years. I originally started seeing Katie for vivid coloring and then switched to Natalie for vivid coloring and curly cuts. Not only are they both amazing with hair, but they make you feel so comfortable and at ease while you’re in the chair. They (and everyone I’ve interacted with at PR in Old Town) are so genuinely caring and sweet. Can’t recommend enough!
