What a wild place. My noon barber appointment with Jon was canceled at 11am due to illness. While that’s understandable, it’s worth noting clients would likely be charged for the same short-notice cancellation. When I asked if another barber could take the appointment, I was told Pete “doesn’t do women’s hair.” I booked a barber cut... I have short hair... No one asked what I actually wanted before making that determination. I asked for a technical service - When did there become a biological difference between cutting short hair on a woman or a man? I've been to many barbers, mostly rural. Surprised to see such an outdated, cookie- cutter structure in the city. No thanks.

I've been going to PR at Partners for hair appointments for a few years now. The staff is nice and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I've always gone to Olivia who has been super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience really comfortable. One thing I really appreciate is that she’s upfront about pricing from the start-no surprises, which is perfect for a student budget. She always makes sure I’m happy with the way my hair turns out, checking in throughout and really listening to what I want. She’s also super accommodating, which helps a lot when I’m unsure about trying something new whether it is haircut or a coloring service.

I called to make an appointment and the person on the phone was great, worked with my schedule, and when I said bob, she stated I should see Connie! The day of the appointment, I was greeted offered a beverage and was told Connie would be right with me. Connie came out on time for our appointment and the work began! Connie asked me questions, took a look at my hair, I showed her a photo and she took great care of me! She was able to see what the past person had done, made the corrections, did an amazing job on my hair and styled it just as I asked! She was great! I asked Connie about some products as I was having a hard time with my hair and she asked me what I already had at home. She told me how to work with that and then made some suggestions on things to purchase later when the

I have been going here for about two years now to see Liv (Olivia)! I cannot say enough about her! She truly cares about what you’re looking for out of your appointment, your hair goals, and health. I go in every three months routinely for a haircut, and I have received coloring services from her several times as well. Hands down love her! She is incredibly kind and does such a Thorough job on my hair. I fully can sit back and relax knowing that I can trust her!
