Power Sports Massage

I hate writing negative reviews but hopefully this saves someone from driving a long way to arrive to an empty premises like what just happened to me. I was a long term client of Arkael and he was great during the time, however I had paid for 4 massages upfront and arrived today and the premises was abandoned. Both phone numbers are cut off and my messages won’t go through. Here are photos of where the front desk used to be and the old room for clients where he had everything set up.

I normally do not write reviews, however in this case I felt that I needed to report my experience so that others are aware before booking services at Power Sports Massage. I got a massage by Arkael and right before he started the session, he took off my necklace without asking me and put it somewhere in the room without telling me where. When I left, I forgot to find where it was because I had not taken it off myself or told where it was. I do not live in the area, so when I realized this after I had gotten home, I contacted Arkael to ask if he could mail the necklace to me, as it is not only valuable but has sentimental value to me. Absolutely superb massage therapist and professional business owner!! Arkael is legit!! Besides being extremely knowledgeable regarding body recovery and healing, he has always been professional, timely, and accommodating when able. His talent is unmatched and I have both high expectations and a horrible back, so that's saying a lot. Highly recommended establishment.

Arkael is the best therapist. Been here twice already and will be coming here for more maintenance sessions. Listens patiently to the issues and targets the right spots. Best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Arkael is very experienced and helped me get my shoulder pain gone in one visit. I am going to continue going to him and highly recommend if you are looking for relief from pain.
