The new owners have great customer service. Andy has been doing my nails for a few months now I followed him from another salon to here and his work speaks for itself His attention to detail is incredible. Very talented there's not one thing I've brought to him that he can't do.

Andy is amazing!! He recommended polygel my first time going to him and it always stays on for a long time. The first time he did it, it stayed on for 4+ weeks and I go back for fills and they still look amazing! He just did a new set for me today and they look great! He does a very good job with shaping and making sure you like them before you leave! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming.

I’m so glad I found Joanne again after originally meeting her at Bnails and later discovering she was working at Posh Nails here in Lubbock. After moving here and trying a few places, I can honestly say she’s someone you can truly trust with your nails. Joanne takes her time and really knows her craft. All of my nails are sensitive, and her technique is always gentle and careful. When I first came to her my nails were pretty damaged, and she explained how that can happen from technique and tool handling. I really appreciate that she works with my natural nails and focuses on keeping them healthy rather than just rushing through the service. This is the very best nail salon in Lubbock service was wonderful and the new poly gel nails were very different but amazing. Andy is the best nail tech ever.

This was my first time at Poshe Nails. My stylist was JoAnn. She was my stylist at another salon and I followed her here. I’ve gone to JoAnn for three years. JoAnn has always done a great job with my nails. I get dip. She is thorough and quick but does not hurry me through. If I’ve ever had any issue She has always corrected it quickly and to my satisfaction. I recommend her to anyone.
