the worst nail experience i’ve ever had. i was charged $85 for french tip “acrylic”, they’re actually just the plastic tips with gel polish on them, nails (she stated that because they are “a different shape”, i asked for almond, and french tips that the total would not be $60 as shown on her website, but would be $85. she did not tell me this until after she did my nails, otherwise i would have simply left). she cut me 4 times and rushed through the last half hour of my appointment because she had to take a phone call near the beginning, which was incredibly unprofessional. i asked for a refund and she refused. i will never come back here. absolutely appalled at the service and price. all i want is my $100 (i tipped to be friendly, big mistake) back, im so upset.

I love Amy Hernandez. She has cut my hair since high school. I now live in a different state and somehow find my way to her chair whenever I'm in town. She's seen me through many styles and life phases. Today she cut the hair of both my kids, as well! She is fabulous.

Cari is the best! Love coming here and love the services she offers and she does a great job!

Owner was extremely rude! I wouldn’t recommend this salon to my family or friends. Customers should be treated with respect.
