This place is amazing. Lindsey is the best thing to ever happen to my hair! I get constant compliments and my confidence has gone way up. Olivia does cuts both my daughters’ hair and they love her. She does a fatty job. She has such patience with my picky teenager! I can’t say enough good things! They are the best salon in Polk County!

My daughter had her hair cut and styled at Posh Salon today. She was nervous before we arrived for the appointment, but as soon as we walked in and were warmly welcomed she began to feel at ease. The environment and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Then her stylist, Lindsay, introduced herself and began to collaborate with her about the style she wanted for her hair and she was just amazing with my teenage daughter. I could see that she was immediately at ease with Lindsay and the whole process was a pleasure to behold. Her hair style is beautiful. As an added bonus the prices are also very reasonable. Thanks again to Lindsay for making it such a wonderful time.

Save your hair, go somewhere else. The stylist will use the wrong color on your hair, leave color on your skin, miss covering grey spots and then when you call back asking for a refund, the manager refuses to refund you because you won’t return to the salon and allow them to ruin your hair again. Lindsey will say I was nasty on the phone, just like others that try and scam getting free hair services, then they disrespect you again and start chastising you for not returning to the shop to “ show her” the results just to have her deny the refund because I won’t let them touch my hair again. I asked how they correct the color without stripping it or bleaching, she said we have years of experience fixing color but would not say what the technique was. Ive been going this salon since 2021 and I've never had a bad experience!! I went in at the beginning of September and seen Olivia just for a haircut, she did a great job!! So Today I went in to get my hair color re touched as I was overdue, and I seen that same stylist, Olivia. She was wonderful, she asked a bunch of questions before getting started, set the proper expectation and communicated wonderfully! I look forward to booking with her in the future

I have not been to a salon in at least two years but Posh was recommended and I am so glad it was! I had the pleasure of working with Morgan and Amber who were both knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They immediately put me at ease and helped me decide what would be best for my hair which is going through a transition. I love my cut and color. Everyone at the salon was friendly. Shout out to Alyssa at the desk! I cannot recommend POSH enough. Thanks, Ladies. ❤️
