Posh Nails

I had Jenny as my nail tech and she was super sweet. I couldn’t find the exact color that I wanted so she helped me test out a couple of other color combinations. I got a gel manicure $38 + $15 cat eye. It wasn’t super busy when I went and they used a new set of tools for each client. Overall great experience!

After coming to Posh Nails for years, I had a very disappointing visit. One of the owners was beyond unprofessional and quoted me $25 just to remove polish I had just put on - the color looked funny on me and I wanted to change it after I had sat with it for a few minutes. Depending on the day and who the price to remove is typically $5–10. When I questioned the price, she became rude and dismissive and caused a scene. She was also rude and dismissive to the nail techs working. Other customers were very confused and concerned by this erratic behavior. I am undecided if I will be returning - I do really like some of the nail techs that work at Posh- they are lovely.

Not usually one to leave negative reviews, however my experience was so awful I felt like I had to. I took my 6 year old niece to get our nails done together. I was happy to wait a bit to be served because we were just excited to be there. It was suppose to be a fun day. They did my niece’s mani pedi in 10 mins and completely rushed it before starting me — making my 6 year old niece forced to wait by herself for my entire appointment. I’ve never felt so unwanted and uncomfortable in a salon. I stopped coming to Posh because they were always pushy. But I wanted to give the new ownership a chance. The woman in charge starting like yelling at me asking what I want and I told her I didn’t want my niece to wait a long time by herself and since they are so busy I can just do a pedicure I don’t m

I have been going here for the last few months doing my dip. The team is always very pleasant and easy to work with and always trying their best to fit me in with their busy schedules. I usually go back every 3-3.5 weeks to fill one or 2 dips. All employees are very talented which is really nice so you don’t feel like just to work with one person. You won’t regret ~
