If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Every technician pays so much attention to detail. I typically go to Keke and he is so kind and gentle. He takes his time and makes it appoint to answer any questions I have when comparing the different type of nail services (ie Hard Gel, GelX, Dip, etc). I have a wedding event this weekend so I scheduled him in advance because I know he will do an amazing job. I am SO critical about my nails because I am in the design industry and high end client are always looking at my hands. This is my favorite place in Orlando. I can’t say enough good things. Thank you Keke!!!!

WONT RECOMMEND lol…I think the photos pretty much explain themselves. No shape and totally crooked and uneven. Color didn’t match my toes, even though I picked the exact same color. AND on top of that, I asked for dip on my real nails because I have longer natural nails…The tech used acrylic on me and now my nails are damaged and ruined!! It actually burned and hurt getting them done too because he was so rough. Called to speak to the manager a few days later and requested a refund, he denied that but as I continued to speak with him to figure out a solution, he HUNG UP on me. Honestly, I don’t mean to bash anyone in there in the slightest. This was just my true experience…

So i asked for a manicure with my full set it went by so fast, my nails weren’t cleaned nor where they cut so that my nail growth would take longer. I asked for a calluses clean up that wasn’t done. I felt like I was rushed out of there so fast and i spent just on my nails over $70. The add on manicure that I paid for was not at all a manicure I was also left with so much space on my cuticles it looks like I already need a fill. Also when I did ask for services that I had no problem paying for I felt like I was being talked about which made me feel uncomfortable and out of place.

They are doing fantastic Nails job, even the Long and Wen’s relaxing massage most take me to the Paradise! Thank you so much for the Intimate and comfortable service！
