Horrible gel manicure. When I went in, my existing gel nail polish was taken off with a drill, without any attempt to soak it off. Fine, but the most bizarre thing was that my hands were never once soaked in any water whatsoever. Everything was done dry! Even my cuticles were just cut away at without ever soaking them, putting oil on them, etc. Truly horrible. Then they also out of several color.s It has been less than a week, and nails are peeling like crazy. This was the first time I ever went here, and it will definitely be the last. My gel manicures always last approximately two weeks. Cost was $47.

Julie did incredible job!! Will definitely be back - better than any of the other salons I’ve tried. Glad I finally found one I will return to lots of love care and clean

Please please DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! Go to POSH nail DAVIE or COOL nails instead. I asked for an almond shape French tip and the work speaks for itself. I arrived at 2pm and left at 4:30pm. When I asked for my nails to be fixed they said it would be another hour and honestly there was no fixing them without starting all over. Tech was incredibly nice but the front desk was extremely rude. Please save yourself your precious time and do not come here.

Mediocre service The people who work there are super nice, but the service and cleanliness is not great. This is my manicure right outside the salon. I asked the lady to fix but she said “once we put the clear coat, you won’t be able to see it anymore.” I also paid an extra $10 for a superior nail polish 😬 a picture says a thousand words!

I’ve been seeing Lindy for over 5 years. She’s amazing at nails and the only reason I’ve continued coming here. Unfortunately, the business itself is terribly run and going downhill. At my most recent visit, the owner was present and a sign was posted stating a “convenience fee” would be charged for credit card payments. I asked if I could use my debit card (not a credit card), and was told no. I pointed out that this kind of fee should be communicated ahead of time, at booking or confirmation, so customers can plan accordingly. This isn’t the first time either. When prices were raised previously, there was no notice given. Same owner. Same lack of communication. When I mentioned this as a basic customer service suggestion, the owner literally shrugged. That kind of dismissive attitude
