Posh Nails Bar

I wanted short almond, I even showed her a picture..this is what I ended up with. I left before she started painting them. I spoke up and said they were too short before she even put the acrylic on but I was ignored. I still had to pay $40, the whole service itself would have been $50. I mean look at the shape of these nails….theyre awful. This isn’t short almond….its non existent almond. They’re hideous. Oh and the other workers were LAUGHING at me when I was telling her I wasn’t happy. She was the woman that was pregnant. Man, I’m just appalled at the whole experience. Will NEVER RETURN!

UPDATE: I've stopped going to Posh for two reasons. First - they started requiring 2 people to do my nails; one for acrylic the other for the design. Double the tip and I didn't like that Ken would not listen to me about removing my nails correctly and how he put on new ones (they lifted) Second - I just didn't see that they were sterilizing their equipment. I've moved to Urban Oasis and they do everything right! I'm new in town and have been to a couple of locations and was not happy with my nails. But POSH NAILS BAR is excellent. My nails and toenails always look beautiful. Nail techs are great. I only have one concern - whether or not they sterilize their clippers and grinders between clients. Initially have this place a 5 star review, but changing it after several bad visits. The wait is out of control now and the quality has gone way down. I tip well and don’t ask for anything too crazy. I’m nice to people. There’s a gentleman there who’s just plain rude and does not do a good job, doesn’t care what you want. He hurt me and told me it was my fault. He tells me they can’t do a shorter almond or stiletto when anyone else there can and clearly, I’ve had it done several times. I went there a few months back and he actually made fun of my design choices (he doesn’t like glitter and will pretend to not know how to apply it). As a mother, it is rare to take time for "self-care." After feeling like a slob for so long, I decided to go to Posh Nails for a mani/pedi and they did not disappoint! Sabrina was my nail tech and did a beautiful job on my nails. She was very attentive and although there was a line waiting for her, she took the time to make sure I was happy with the results. Without a doubt, I will be visiting Posh Nails again!

I have been a loyal customer since day one , gorgeous & clean salon with beyond friendly customer service. I have never had a bad experience from nails to pedicure. I always leave with my nails looking perfect and I get so many compliments. You cannot go wrong with service at this salon. I have had my nail license & instructor license doing nails for 20+years from Florida/Georgia and from my experience they are TOP NOTCH. Good service is worth the wait.
