My daughter requested a soak off service and pedicure. The pedicure was fine, however was very disappointed the residue is still present on the nails including pieces of the gel. Explaining ourselves seems pointless especially since the second tech came over to observe and help assist. We paid with no tip. Not having a repeat customer as well is a loud enough statement. I hope they take their service more seriously.

I was glad to get a manicure since it's been awhile. My first white tip set. He did a really great coat. Just would have like them to be a lot neater.

I came here last minute to remove acrylics and do gel manicure. I don't remember her name but she was so gentle when removing my acrylics since my nails are so thin. I told her I wanted to keep as much natural length as possible and only one nail needed to be cut. It did hurt when she was taking off the acrylic but again, my nails were so thin, sensitive and fragile. She did not disappoint, and her attention to detail and perfection was amazing. Definitely coming here again for a pedicure!

There have been times over the last three years I would give this salon a 5 rating, but I find them inconsistent and after my last appointment I'll be looking for a new salon. My usual nail tech wasn't working the day of my appointment and when asked who else could do my nails, I said "Your best person." Unfortunately for me it was one of the owners. She has done my nails twice before and this makes the 3rd horrible experience I've had with her. I am shocked when I see other reviews that rave about her. She talked on her phone most of the time she was working on me, my nail beds bled and hurt when she removed old acrylic, and long before she would be putting polish on, she sent me to the pedi chair so she could take a walk-in. Later she interrupted my otherwise relaxing pedicure to work on

Han did an amazing pedicure on me! He is very meticulous and pays attention to detail. I’ve been looking for a new place to get my pedicures because everywhere else is no good. UPDATE- I’ve gotten my last three pedicures done here and they were all horrible I have gel polish all Over my cuticles and sides of my toes and I waited over 30 minutes for my feet to even be touched even though I made an appt. I continued to return the last times I did because I wanted to give them another chance and I understood as I myself work in a nail shop . I doubt I will be returning my toes look horrendous and the guy burned my toenai
