Posh Nails And Spa

I literally had to pull my hand back three or four times and say to her “this is a real hand and it doesn’t twist like that.” I’m literally picking acrylic off of my hand right now. $100 for a pedicure and a manicure you’re expecting pretty excellent work. The girl who did my pedicure, fantastic job. The girl who did my manicure, I’d never come back. Then had an attitude because the color that she brought over just didn’t look right and I asked is it possible to get a color that’s closer to my natural nail bed. I hate giving bad reviews because this used to be the place that I would come to all the time in undergrad, but I will not be back.

I usually go to a private tech and couldn’t this week so I decided to try this place since I was in the plaza shopping . As soon as I went in I said what I wanted and a guy started doing my nails. He was rough right from the start. The drill he used on me was on high and he was going fast and rough to the point it hurt! He then proceeded to use dirty DISPOSALS tools that are suppose to be a 1 time use on each client . He also kept pulling my hand and twisting my fingers every second . I’m only giving a 2 star review because the lady who did my design was nice and did a good job. Shortly after I got home my finger tips started hurting and feeling sore, I also notice since he was so rough with the drill he cut the corners on some of my nails. It’s the next day and my fingers still feel sore!

I wish I would've read the reviews before I went in. The guy continued to bend my fingers in ways they didn't bend and then got mad at me and said your fingers are too tight. I can't do this and this is how I'm leaving the salon. I went to nail club across the street in the Doubletree plaza and they fixed it and were so nice!

I been here multiple times and every single time I come it’s terrible. The staff are so rude. Only reason I came here is because the nail salon I love across the street was closed so this was last resort for me. The man working in there gave me attitude for no reason, and was moving my feet around aggressively, rushing the pedicure, making me tense up and he shook my foot after seeing I was uncomfortable ,saying “relax ur foot” after he is rushing and moving my feet around like he don’t care! He didn’t even massage me. Every time I come they’re beyond rude and extremely quiet. If I say thank you they don’t even say you’re welcome or don’t say thanks for coming to our nail salon at the end they’re very unappreciative to their customers. Honestly this was my last time it took everything in

This is the last time I come here. Woman who did my pedicure was so rude. No smiling. No talking. Pushing my feet in any direction she wanted. They never engage with their clients. No hello. No thank you. And the male who takes the payments. He’s a miserable as it gets. Pedicure is decent but always rushed. If you hate your job that much, do something else.
