Posh Nail Spa - Trenholm Plaza

Not going to lie here. I've been to a few places in Columbia and every time I ask for a type of nail.. I don't get what I want. When I tell you that all I had to do is show the nail tech a picture, and boom it's perfection!!! Literally what I wanted. The nail shape perfect. The nail color on point. Excellent experience! Thank you for doing an amazing job. I will be back!

I had a very disappointing experience today at Posh Nail Salon on Forest Drive. I received the most expensive pedicure they offer, yet the service did not reflect the price at all. While I was there, I noticed every other customer was offered a drink, but I was never offered anything. The staff was not attentive, and the overall service felt rushed and careless. I also had my nails done, and at the end, the nail tech put oil on my cuticles and told me to go wash my hands. When I came back to her table, she was gone. There was no hand massage, no lotion, and no follow up at all, which is basic service at most nail salons especially for what I paid. The entire experience was disappointing, unprofessional, and left me feeling uncomfortable. Honestly, I felt as though I was treated different

This is from my wife - Got a gel mani/pedi 1.5 weeks ago. Started having pain and swelling the next morning. Tried soaking and doing topical antibiotic and now finally taking an oral antibiotic. The supplies didn’t look very clean, but I figured it would be fine. It was not fine.

I had a wonderful experience getting a pedicure with unlimited color and gel options. The place smelled clean, and the people were super cordial. The technician gave me an amazing foot massage and was very detailed with my nails. I think I never had such a great pedicure.

The only reason I’m not giving it one star is because the building is really nice and clean. However, I went for a full set in December and a fill in January and both times, my nails started coming off in less than 2 weeks. This place is a lot more expensive than the others I’ve tried so I expected higher quality and longer lasting results. Don’t waste your money here.
