Okay. So at first I was nervous because I read all the reviews here, here’s my truth about my experience. First things first. My braider had such a big personality an vibrant energy and smile that won me over from the beginning of the experience. We spoke a little and it was great seeing someone just be herself and have such a beautiful energy and be so perfection based I braiding alone, I can feel the energy of how much perfection she put into braiding. Secondly , JESSICA !!!! Say what you want that girl can do some HAIR !!! Okay. And when you’re in her chair she’s fast , efficient , and you can tell she has been doing this for a long time she’s seasoned like some good Jamaican food not found often lol. I had an excellent experience at this salon. They were extremely flexible and were able to fit me into their schedule the same day, which I truly appreciated. The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and very professional. Every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional. Cassandra did an amazing job on my sew-in absolutely flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be returning. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of service you receive. This salon was truly a lifesaver and is very convenient for those coming from Long Island. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at this salon. It was my first time here and I would definitely come back. I had a traditional leave out sew-in done and it was a promo for $99 ! The team work amongst the stylist was amazing. Everyone was in working together and satisfying multiple clients while I was there. For my style it took about 2 hrs only because they’re busy which means they have great service!

I was recommended to Posh Beauty Bar. I hate that I have to write a negative review for any black business but this is by far the worst experience I’ve had with any beauty establishment. My appointment was originally for 1:30pm and was moved to 2:30pm an hour before. I had no problem with this as I understand sometimes hairstylists fall behind schedule. However, sitting in salon for a leave out sew-in service for 6 hours is absolutely unacceptable. I’m usually very graceful to anyone who is on their feet all day with probably little to eat that day but as a client my time is valuable as well. I will not be booking or recommending this establishment to anyone. Please do better.
