Great massage every time and very kind! Very clean space and professional!

I have been to a lot of different massage businesses in the Panama City Beach area and have found the Popular Massage to be my favorite place. I've experienced high-quality massages from all practitioners . In the last 5 months, I've received about 20 massages (Usually 1 to 1.5 hour duration), and all were provided professionally by kind and welcoming staff, each unique in their techniques. Always departed, feeling relaxed.

I don't usually post any reviews but this woman I had yesterday was terrible. I use this place on a regular basis, at least 2 times a month for the last 2 years. Most of the women are very friendly and fun. This girl, said her name was Veevee, was very unsociable and unfriendly. Massage was below average also. If you go don't use this woman. Terrible experience. Went there again 10/22/23. Had a new woman said she had only been there for 2 weeks. It was the best massage I have had for a long time. I have lower back problems. She loosen it up perfectly. Would surely use her again. She also was very friendly. Great experience. Tried this spa again, 06/08/24. Worst massage I’ve ever gotten. Waste of my money. Paid for a couples massage. They kept talking in Chinese and after lifting my head a few times they finally shut up. Apparently they don’t know how to make their guest comfortable or don’t care one. They are suppose to give you a sheet for a cover up but they give us a towel. They kept massaging me over the towel and I finally had to tell them to stop massaging over towel. They completely took it off. You know a sheet is suppose to cover the body that isn’t being massaged. On top of being exposed in my underwear they kept leaving the room and leaving door open. They said it was hot, well buy a fan. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Waste of money.
