I visit this popcorn beauty supply store several times a week, and I always look for Jane when I need help. She is incredibly kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products. Whenever I have questions, she explains everything clearly and helps me find exactly what I need. Her product knowledge is impressive, and she always takes the time to help customers with a great attitude. Every time I come in, she makes the shopping experience pleasant and comfortable. Customer service like this is rare, and I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Jane is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming back to this store. If you visit this shop, I highly recommend asking for Jane .. she will take great care of you.

My first time visiting this location and I was very impressed. Johnston helped me with purchasing a hair topper. He was friendly and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very attentive especially the gentleman at the register. I wish I would’ve gotten his name. This is a great store for one stop shopping. I did compare prices to Walmart, Target, and Amazon and everything was in the same ballpark. My biggest issue with Amazon is if I order a lipstick for example, it comes in a box the size of a shoebox. Besides we need to shop local and keep are brick and mortar stores thriving. They carry name brands and have an incredibly wide variety of products. I recommend this location. It was clean and well organized. I’ll be back!

So my girlfriend and I was just in there today, 02/04/2026 and she loves this store, however, while we were in there today it felt like we were being watched and followed the whole time, I counted 7 times the workers came by to surveil us as opposed to seeing if she needed any help. 1 out of the 7 times a nice employee actually offered a basket to us, which was appreciated, but it got to the point where I got annoyed and wanted to leave ASAP. Beware if you’re a person of color and need to look at ingredient lists like we are and we do. To the employee who gave us the basket two thumbs up, to the other employees who made us uncomfortable 87 thumbs down.

The staff in this store is amazing. They take their time and attend to customers. They are wonderful from the owners of this establishment to the entire staff. Thank you all for being professional and respectful to the customers. Respectfully yours: A dedicated customer for a lifetime. I have been going there for years.

Large variety of hair, wigs, and products. The woman behind the counter was super helpful on the phone, in person. She remembered my call and what I was looking for as soon as I got there!
