DISGUSTING and DISCRIMINATORY customer service today against my wheelchair bound mother. Arrived to the establishment at 7:50 pm along with the woman seen in the photo with her brown shopping bag. They let her in, as we go to enter behind her they closed the door on us stating no more customers because we’re about to close, and closed the door and locked it in my mother’s face. Watched my mother knock on the door while the woman shopped for seven minutes. Then taunted her through the door after turning the lights off. We spend 100-200 dollars every time we come here, frequently. To be treated with such disrespect is appalling. The manager who is usually there is extremely helpful and kind. I’m shocked to see this behavior from the employees.

When they 1st opened awhile back the ladies in there were friendly and helpful but as time passed this place is worse and worse. If you buy hair/wigs from here please check before purchase. Found roaches in a 613 pack smh. I’m good won’t be seeing me and my fam again

I just left work and needed to stop here before going home. I arrived at 8:10. Enough time to just grab and go. There times posted at the door states that they close at 8:30. However there door was locked and the employees that was walking passed they door said they were closed. So what time do yall really close?

Go to the beauty supply on Hempstead by McDonalds instead of here. Unkind to the people in the community. Choose where you spend your money.

if I could give 0 stars I would. I used to shop here all the time for beauty essentials. today I went to look for boho hair and didn’t find anything in my price range. the guy proceeds to follow me when I went to another beauty supply and tries to pat me down. he then snatched my phone. then he tried to give me my phone back once he realized I didn’t steal anything. Lucky’s beauty supply has better pricing and was very helpful in handling the situation with the police
