This will be the final time I will give this store my business. This store deceits their customers and they follow you around if they suspect you are stealing. It's bad enough that the items are not priced so it is a guessing game, but to muddle hair of the same category and they aren't the same price? I drew the line at that. I had purchased 6 packs of crotchet hair from this store and the sign specifically had "$11.99->$5.99 for butterfly locs" for the whole section of braids. So explain to me why I checked out the hair and only one of the packs was $5.99 and the other 5 were $11.99? I brought this issue up to the cashier and basically said "sorry that's the price". Why would you group all of these packs of hair in one section under the sign and you're actually robbing people instead? Th

On Friday, August 16, 2024 I visited this store to look for hair products that were not available in my neighborhood. The store had the hair products so I purchased them, including a hair piece that wasn't on my list. I spent $31.00+ for the items. I did not purchase a bag for the items but put the hair products in my purse. The hair piece didn't fit in my purse so I I exited the store with the receipt and the hair peice in my hand. At that point the owner sent one of her staff outside and her staff told me that the owner asked if I paid for the hairpiece. I was both shocked and angry and re-entered the store with my receipt. I informed the owner that I had paid for the items. The cashier who collected my money didn't say a word in my defense. The owner was VERY rude so I told her I want

Purchased a closure for $60 and was told it was one of the best with human hair. When my hairdresser opened the package and put the hair color to match my hair the closure mesh had a hole and I was forced to put the closure back into its original package. I had thrown away my receipt but I paid it with my debit card as proof of purchase. Do not buy this brand Ibiza from shake n go hair or closure attached is the photo. Also most of these Beauty Supplies do not have employees that know anything about hair not at all.
