I agree with everything that was said about the owner. Beth obviously does not need business. I patronized her store when she first opened and really enjoyed shopping there. However I started to notice Beth's rudeness when I would ask more than one question. It's very convenient but I will travel miles for good customer service. And that's exactly what I decided to do. Go elsewhere to spend my money. I wish Beth Beauty Supply nothing but the best. But she need to treat her customers better. She does not have a good reputation. It is my opinion that if she would change her attitude towards her customers she would have more customers than she could handle. Because she's in a good location. Blessings

Everyone tells me horror stories about this beauty supply store.. I try to stay away and I suggest others too as well. I only go when I’m in a rush for time cs it’s the closest and they’re definitely NOT welcoming. They will hawk you down the entire time, and just seem rude and frustrated with you all together. If you don’t want to feel criminalized or experience rudeness while at the hair store go to V&S beauty in pooler!! It’s new and so nice and the owner is super sweet and professional. Let’s take our money to a black owned business that actually values its customers. The owners responses to these reviews itself should tell you everything you need to know about her. It’s worth it to drive a lil extra out your way to garden city or try the new hair store in pooler trust me. Stay blesse

If I could put a zero I would. I went to visit this store for the first time and Beth customer service skills is below a zero. I walked in the door and the buzzer went off and Beth looked at me and stated" It's something in your pocket book. You need to go put it in your car and come back in". However, I was in the CVS and this happened and the manager saw me walking in and told me to go ahead because she knows I am just coming in and could not have taken anything.When Beth made this statement, I left back out the store and took my business elsewhere. If you're looking for great customer service, stay away from Bet Beauty Supply. She needs training in customer service and teaching on learning how to talk to people. Never will I go there again!! 😞

Soon as I walked in the scanner alarm went off and the lady ( I think she’s the owner ) asked me to put my small purse back in the car. I politely told her I’ll just leave. Just ridiculous

First informal, I just want to say when I don’t know about something that can be anything in life I asked question. The man was so rude to me today, I was getting items to install my wig and wanted to know the prices since the prices aren’t on the items like other hair stores I’ve been to. So, because I was asking question the man states “what you broke you don’t have money for this stuff” because I was asking questions about the prices. He kept catching attitudes, and basically said he don’t know anything about the prices, so therefore he had to call the lady which my husband said is the owner to assistant me.
