I’ve been coming here for 10+ years and love the experience. Raquel always makes time to consult you about your hair and is super experienced. It took me some time to find a salon and stylist I was comfortable with after some bad experiences at other places and once I found this salon I never needed to look anywhere else. I have done quite a lot to my hair over the years. I get my hair dyed or bleached often and they make sure my hair stays healthy with any hair changes. I’ve gotten my hair cut super short and have had my hair super long and no matter what she has been able to make sure the style suits me.

Absolutely love my experience at Ponte Bella Hair Salon ! I have been coming here for years my hair has been growing so healthy and full—it’s like magic in their hands. The stylists are knowledgeable and genuinely care about the health of your hair. They use great products and always offer helpful tips for maintenance at home. So I finally gave in to the ends need to be cut for hair growth. I went to Ponte Bella for a color ,wash and set and a trim. I have natural thick hair. They were so professional and offered me the hair growth serum. I went in with tight curled uneven hair. When I left my hair was bouncing and behaving. My husband loved it so much he took a few pictures. My son who doesn’t notice much said nice hair mom . I will be a regular customer. Thanks staff of Ponte Bella Hair Salon!!!

I just moved to Long Island and was looking for someone to cut my long hair. They washed my hair with cold water and steam dried my hair which, was not what I wanted. For my cut I asked the hairdresser to reshape my V long layers and face fame. The person did have a hard time understanding English so, I kept saying it. I believed she knew what she was doing after telling her 3 times. I decided to let her cut my hair which, was a disaster. The layers were cut to short and not v long layers. For my face frame it was badly angled and uneven. I was very unhappy with the cut so, I requested a refund. They refused and made me pay for my bad cut. I don’t recommend this salon. Save your money and go someplace else.
