Ponderosa Day Spa

I had a massage today and it was the BEST massage experience I have ever had! The whole atmosphere is incredible. From the robes and comfy shoes to the hot tea and drinks to the cozy chairs a fire place, it was amazing. The massage itself was so relaxing and so good for my back that is always hurting. My only regret is not getting a longer treatment! I also added the 15 minute scalp ritual and that was the cherry on top! After my massage they let you hang out and relax for as long as you'd like and enjoy the beverages and cozy atmosphere. 10/10 will be recommending to everyone!

Just had my first experience at Ponderosa Day Spa and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, everything was clean and beautiful and SO relaxing. I wish I had come a little early to my appointment to be able to enjoy a moment of relaxation in their welcome room by the fire- but I will not make that mistake twice! The massage and other services were incredible and I will definitely be back. So happy to have a place (a retreat) like this in the Bitterroot.

Ponderosa Day Spa is truly an experience, not just a massage. From the moment you walk in, you’re met with such kind, genuine people who clearly care about your comfort and well-being. Every detail is thoughtfully considered…from the calming atmosphere to the little touches throughout the massage that make you feel completely relaxed and cared for. The service itself was incredible, deeply relaxing, and exactly what my body needed. You never feel rushed, and the entire experience feels intentional and restorative. This is one of those places that’s easy to come back to again and again. Highly recommend.

I had such a wonderful massage with Shantel. The space is so peaceful and welcoming, it truly feels like a luxury spa. Shantel made me feel completely comfortable, and her touch was intuitive and relaxing. I left feeling calm, refreshed, and well cared for. I can’t wait to book with her again.

What an amazing space! Came in with my friend and we were blown away by our services and the spa. I got the Complete Glow with the owner Shantel, who was so kind and professional. She took great care of my body, and the hand/feet wraps and mini facial at the end of the scrub & massage were incredible. My friend did the Spirit of the Mountains service and said it was the best massage she’s ever had. After our services, we were given warm shoulder wraps and sat in the comfy robes in the quiet room to read and enjoy the views. They had a beautiful selection of tea and snacks. Wish we could stay there all day! We cannot recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!
