Ponce Feet Spa

I’ve been coming here since 2022 and always have a pleasant experience. I usually visit 5-6 times a year due to chronic back pain and working in healthcare so I need massages to release the tension and stress from my personal life. I recently was helped by Jenny and Autum the owner at the front desk and Aleondra and Linda as a massage therapist! They are all pleasant nice and friendly. I’ve been 2 times in the last month because my first experience was so good. I had services provided by Mya and Alana. Both ladies are great and I would return in the future. My services included the 90 min special combo for 1 hour body massage and 30 min foot massage with the foot sugar scrub. The 1st time it was the deep tissue with 30 mins of foot massage and the foot detox treatment. The owner is very personable and friendly. Any concerns or questions that you have while you are there the owner is happy to assist you. I also go to Treat your feet, JeJu and Spa Land. I would still drive to Ponce Feet Spa to get my massages in the future. I live at least 30 mins away from the spa and I make sure I call to get an appointment here.

We went last minute to get hour massage, Yes they did gr8 massage, my both cousin never had massage, they are so relax , also place is nice and clean.

I can tell the therapist I had today was quite new, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I booked and paid for a full body massage, but instead of covering the entire body, she only focused almost exclusively on my upper back. It felt unbalanced and left me frustrated because that’s not what I signed up for. To make matters worse, the session did not even last the full hour that I had paid for. When you expect 60 minutes of relaxation and care but end up with something noticeably shorter, it really feels like a waste of both time and money. I came in hoping to relieve stress and enjoy a proper massage, but I left feeling unsatisfied and annoyed instead. This is not the level of service I was expecting. A soon I was I walked I was greeted and asked what I needed. The place is big and spacious. I had a foot and body combo. The rooms are private and the ambiance is comfortable You can tell they put a lot of thought in what would be good for the customer. The cost depends on what you want. Parking is free. If no parking is available up front there is parking at the back. The service is wonderful! They are very hospitable and nice. They do walk-ins and you can call in for appointments. Appointments are great if you’re calling about availability, especially during the weekend.
