Poly Nail

The new young guy in there with tattoos is very rude and disrespectful. He barely speaks English or understands it. I requested a service and then he proceeds to do my nails they way he wanted to then when I asked him why is he not doing what I requested. He starts yelling at me and then Poly. If you go there please do yourself a favor and don't have him provide services to you. Out of my 20 something yrs going here I never had a issue until now. I told Poly I was never coming back because if I have to argue with the staff. I'll take my business somewhere else!!!!!

I have been going here for 3 1/2 years. They just got an update to the store and equipment. I have never had any issues with them. Pedicures have always been great. Sitting here right now getting a pedicure. Lives up to my standards. Girl doing my pedicure is new and very sweet. Had a very pleasant conversation with Michelle. I really prefer this place out of any other place I have been in Saginaw. Happy with my Pedi.

Doesn't matter how long you wait when it comes to nails, if someone want they eyes done Michelle drop everything regardless whose was there first!!! My nails was cute when she did get done although I had to wait for her to do 3 sets of eyes!

Michelle usually is very polite, but was rude to my daughters and I. Her customer service skills were way off last Saturday. She barely spoke or smiled, but did remind my daughter for an additional service she received and gave me my change but I had to grab it forcefully, as she seemed like she was intending to keep it. I hope her customer service improves, and she smiles a little more. I was going to tip, but the service wasn't tip worthy.

Don't go I there, they suck, there's only one nail tech that does a good job and thats the young guy with black ear ring, all others make crooked nails with different lengths and different thickness on top of them popping off and them charging 3 dollars a nails for something that ain't your fault. Also the wait time is never worth their service. A drive to a different salon or to bay city is worth your nails looking good. I recommend 5 star nails. I should have never wasted time or money going here.
