POLiSHme Nail Spa & Bar

I've been coming here for a few years already. I usually gel my gel-x nails with Kayla, and my pedicure with Ana. Both are great at their craft. I just left, and I'm very disappointed. Not sure the name of the woman who did my pedicure today. I sat on #4. But it's horrible! It's like she's practicing. Nails all badly shaped, all crocked. She didn't clean them correctly, I still have old nail polish. Horrible nail polish job! I didn't want to be rude, but this truly sucks. When I went to pay they told me I got a "discount". Yeah, because she knows how bad of a job she did. I'm literally going home to take this ugly polish off, reshape my nails, a re-polish them. Horrible! Horrible!

I have been a customer here for a couple of years. During my most recent visit for a manicure and pedicure, I had a very uncomfortable experience. While receiving my manicure from Jordan, he and another employee, Nancy, frequently looked at me while speaking in a way that made me feel they were discussing me. When I asked what was being said, Jordan dismissively replied, "I'm talking with my friend." Later, while my 5-year-old daughter was waiting for her pedicure from Nancy, my daughter needed to use the restroom. I asked Nancy when she finish with me if she could wait so i could take my daughter. Nancy became audibly annoyed and spoke loudly to her coworkers and would roll her eyes to my daughter countless of times. The situation was made worse when Nancy accompany me to the restroom, w

I been coming to this place for years and I love how Amy does my pedicure. But I had a very uncomfortable experience with ray I think that’s he’s name. He is the worse, he thinks he can treat people without respect. Go somewhere else he is very arrogant can’t say if he’s a man cause he doesn’t act like one. Save your time and trouble

So annoyed I came to get a pedicure and manicure i wasn’t greeted when I waited in wasn’t even told that I had to put my name on a wait list I waited for a hour in a half then waited another 40 minutes after they called me to seat down the lady kept hurting me I asked when would the start my manicure they told me I was the next person three people walked in and got seated right away and got both nails and pedicures and I still hadn’t got my manicure I was at this nail shop for almost four hours I didn’t even end up getting my manicure pedicure took 2 hours I do not recommend you come here

Very satisfied!!! Well mannered employees, very efficient at a reasonable price!! I've been asking around and shops are way too expensive! I think I found the one I like! Definitely would recommend this shop if looking to get a mani or pedi!! Thank you guys! Keep it up!
