I’ve been a loyal customer of Polished Spa and Nails for over 10 years, and I can honestly say they are the best in the area. The salon has recently been remodeled and looks absolutely beautiful, modern, clean, and welcoming. The owners are wonderful, always making sure clients feel at home, and the staff is professional, friendly, and so attentive. Every visit is a relaxing experience, and the quality of their work is consistently excellent. I highly recommend Polished Spa and Nails to anyone looking for top-notch service in West Long Branch!

I HAD been going to polished nails for over three years. Nicole has messed them up bad one time and my nail tech that apparently moved fixed them over time. I had someone new today and it was HORRIBLE! She completely changed the shape of my nails to the point of unfixable! I always had square shaped and she changed them to lopsided eggs! The receptionist tried to fix them and Lee knew what was going on. I was extremely upset. The horrible nail tech who didn't even do my cuticles charged me $45. I got a $10 off discount but then I asked wait I'm always charged $65! This place has been overcharged me $20 for the past year! My fill was only supposed to be $45 . I never get nail art or have a broken nail. How dare you charge loyal customers like this and give a loyal customer a inexperienced n

Would never give these people my money again. Me and my mom went there before a funeral, we set our appointment for three hours before the funeral and let them know that we had a funeral to go to. I swear it was like they almost moved slow on purpose, the tech that was working on my mom consistently kept getting up and walking away from her to talk to other techs. They took so long our appointment was set for 9:30 and we left at almost noon, by then I only had my nails done and my mom was only able to get her toes done and had to just leave without getting her manicure because we were so late. His work is impeccable…..Stacey gives a marvelous pedicure and the salon is warm and welcoming. Just remodeled and they did a fabulous job. You will love your visit there ! They are all very good. I’ve been going to Lee for my gel refill for almost a year now and love it at Nail Club. I’m always able to get an appointment and never have to wait when I arrive. The staff there is very friendly and seem to really care about how I’m doing. I often find it like catching up with friends during my appointments. The polish color selection is great and is laid out in a way which makes it easy to choose. I recommend Nail Club to everyone in the area.
