The worst customer service ever since my order from June 19, 2025, has been still unfulfilled. No one is responding to my emails, I hope that at least someone will return my money on my credit card. I have been a loyal customer since 2023
Cathie is my go to eyebrow girl. She is so sweet, her shop is always clean and beautiful, and she always does a great job on my brows. She wants to make sure they are perfect and the customer is happy, and she never disappoints.
