Saw Carla for a gel manicure and a pedicure. She did great, my nails look fantastic and she really paid attention to detail. I honestly liked that she didn’t really talk to me the entire time I was there as I had rushed from work and was past my talking limit of the day so it was relaxing to not have the pressure to make small talk. I’m sure if I had wanted to talk she would’ve been friendly enough as well, it was just nice to be able to have an experience where I wasn’t forced into having small talk. Everything was great and I’ll definitely be coming back. The entire experience was relaxing, and it wasn’t very busy when I went so I didn’t feel rushed. I guess the only downside is it was a bit expensive, but I think I’m just not used to the sadly higher prices everywhere, especially becaus

I had an appointment today but couldn’t find parking or the entrance due to unmarked buildings and heavy snow. Even after multiple calls, I received no help from staff regarding parking or access, so I had to reschedule. Despite spending an hour trying, I was charged full price, which was frustrating. The location is hard to find, poorly marked, and staff were unhelpful. They should have explained the parking issues and hazardous street conditions in advance.

Carla does an incredible job with my nails everytime. She’s helpful in assisting my to choose colors or designs and puts so much care into her work. I absolutely love her attention to detail and how perfectly my nails come out everytime

Carla did an amazing job on my nails… She has professional skills that results are Healthy nails as well as gels have stayed on my nails unlike prior experiences… She is definitely an Asset to Polish Nails. Staff is very friendly and welcoming as your acknowledged as soon as you walk in… Definitely 5 Stars.

Polished is a gem of a nail salon. Savette works hard to form a relationship with her clients. It doesn’t matter which tech you get, they all do an awesome job!
