Polished nails & spa

This place is a TIME WASTER I came by last week to get my eyebrows done in the morning - I tried to open the door around 10:30 and they weren't open, even though their hours said otherwise Stopped by today, this place is cash only, so I had to go to an atm, and there's no ATM anywhere nearby, not even at the food lion. Ran around for a few minutes and came back, just for them to tell me the lady that does eyebrows isn't there. They were literally four different people in the building and none of them did eyebrows? I took myself over to Royal spa and nails 10 minutes away, was in and out in 10 minutes, perfect service. Never going to step foot in this place again if I dont have to. It's a shame that I have to literally go to ANOTHER STATE to get good service after i just moved here. Use

I came with my two cousins, we had a 3:00 appointment and I was absolutely stunned at the work I received. I come to the area often and will definitely be returning. They were clean, efficient, and very kind. The green set is mine!

I made an appointment earlier in the week for a Fri and ended up waiting hours to be serviced. Although the wait wasn't ideal my nails are BEAUTIFUL so it was worth it. I'll be going back but requesting a certain tech which should reduce the wait time

No respect for customers time. They take on clients even though they can’t complete the service in a timely manner. I’ve noticed the main lady is great at her job but her helpers ruin the experience for me. Pedicure is sloppy and the polish I chose had gone bad and was cakey. I’ve been here 3 hours with the same group of customers, with the exception of one lady who had a scheduled apt and walked out bc the wait was too long. It’s not remotely worth the money. Save yourself the frustration and go to the island.
