Polished Nails & Spa

I visited this place as a walk in for acrylic refill. There was a bit of a wait (about an hour wait for me, I didn't made appointment so I understood). it means they have good business. But they were super nice about how I waited for some time. My artist was Pinky, (I saw her name on her tool box, so I'm not sure it's her actual name.) She did a great job with shaping my nail, and the cat nail turned out so pretty! And that 3D paw print was done by other older lady, (sorry, I forgot to ask her name 🥲) but she did a perfect job with it, and I love everything about it. My cuticles are pretty messed up from my hobby, but they tried to make it look better than before. Definitely going back.

Amy is truly amazing at what she does! She’s incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always makes sure my nails look absolutely perfect. Not only is her work beautiful and long-lasting, but she’s also so friendly and welcoming. I always leave my appointments feeling confident and pampered. Highly recommend Amy if you’re looking for a nail stylist who genuinely cares about her clients!

$165 service failed in under 7 days. Four nails lifted, two fell off. Extremely poor quality. Nails were done by the owner. My sister’s nails held up, so results clearly depend on who does your service. If you go here, avoid the owner. Not returning.

Pinky was my nail technician… what a great experience! She was kind, professional and lovely. She pays attention to detail. Was able to discern exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my nails done. Could not have had a better experience. I will be back.
