Polished Nails

The lady who did my nails was very nice and did a decent job. However, the water for my manicure was cold, and my nails weren’t soaked enough, which made it uncomfortable when she worked on my cuticles. The prices are also way too high for the quality of service. Even though I didn’t have the best experience, I still left a 15% tip. Then, the manager (or owner) came over and told me that leaving anything less than 20% was “unacceptable.” I’ve never been to a place that tries to tell you what to tip. That was extremely unprofessional. I will never come back to this place again.

The service has been great every time I’ve been! My pedicure polish has lasted 6 weeks. I have no complaints.

First I want to say they do a decent job, and definitely one of the better pedicures I've had and they are kind and pleasant. This review is not about their performance. My mom is 78 yo with dementia and while I do take some responsibility because I was wasn't paying attention to what they were doing when working on my laptop. I went over to check and see what was taking so long, only to see they had given her an entire whole new set, which she did not need, and charged her $75!!!! Because in addition to whatever initial service they did, they charged her for gel on top of that. It is disappointing they would take advantage of anyone especially someone elderly. Phenomenal job helping surprise a few friends of mine! I ordered a gift card and when I went in the place was SO CLEAN! Great lighting and open space. They were very accommodating with my back & forth on scheduling the appointment too. My friends said they did an amazing job on their pedicures so I will have to go check the place out for myself soon! :)
