I was a loyal customer of Polished for over three years. I overlooked the fact that they are the most expensive salon in Marina and that the quality can be inconsistent because I believed they operated with integrity. As of February 13, I no longer believe that. My husband purchased three deluxe pedicures for me, my mother, and himself. We were handed a laminated in store menu (as usual) which clearly listee the deluxe pedicure at $55–$65 depending on gel polish. My mother and I added gel. My husband did not receive polish or gel. We did not request a single add-on beyond what was included in the listed package. We were charged $75 per pedicure. I was confused when reviewing the reciept so I called to discuss the discrepancy. I came to Polished to get a gel manicure and pedicure for my wedding. As someone who very rarely indulges in professional manicures/pedicures, I was not completely sure of what I wanted to do for my nails. My nail technician, Vee, was extremely thorough and guided me to the perfect pearlescent white color. Beyond having beautiful nails, they withstood hours and hours of flower prep (I did my own wedding flowers), beach days, venue set up and are still flawless 7 days later! I would definitely recommend this salon! UPDATE! It has now been a full two weeks and my nails haven’t chipped at all! I’ve been washing dishes, gardening, moving heavy boxes and still perfect!

We went on a Saturday morning without appointments. They were very busy but told us they could take us. My daughter got a pedicure with gel. They weren't offering anything other than a basic pedicure. It was $51; she did get a $5 callous removal treatment. It was okay. I sat for awhile. My person was annoyed I had gel bits that needed to be removed. I wanted a real manicure. I basically got a polish change. I was disappointed. But the polish looks great. I really recommend appointments.

I’ve been coming here for a year. Service has always been great and I’ve enjoyed all girls that have worked on my nails. Recently and the past 4 manicures, the nail polish has started to peel within the week of getting my nails done. I don’t work in any harsh conditions. I have them 3 chances before I spoke up. This last time I said something because not only have they raised their prices but it seems like the quality of gel product they are using it’s obvious that it’s not good. When I addressed it to the manicurist at the front I asked if I could only get my pedi and have my mani gel nail color removed and that I did not want to get another manicure, I pretty much I wanted to take a break from wasting money on my manicures. She proceeded to tell me that they did not offer removal service

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. On October 19, I got a full set manicure and was billed twice at checkout. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized but claimed they couldn't reimburse me because it didn't show on their system and told me to call my bank. They asked me to call back on Monday, but today, Tuesday, they said the owner won't be in for several weeks.
