I went in for a simple root touch up. I had an appointment with Allison and I had the worst experience I’ve had in a very long time. Not only was there very little communication when I first sat in her chair. She’s extremely heavy handed and rough when handling my hair or head. My roots were left 3 different colors because she had to do them twice and still ended up needing “full highlight to fix the issue” she caused. She took the darkest root color she did. Down into my existing highlights making the top of my head totally disconnected from the rest of my hair. She left me sitting for 30+ minutes with the second root color as I sat crying cause I knew it was looking too dark and she said it was fine. I've been seeing Jackie for over 24 years, and she’s the best! She always listens, pays attention to detail, and keeps her prices affordable. The salon is clean, and all the stylists are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is a joke! This place is NOT a high end salon. They don’t take their jobs seriously. They are unprofessional, loud and sloppy. They were all drinking. passing around a gallon margarita filling each other’s cups up. I should of stood up and left at that point. But I didn’t and now my hair is ruined! They destroyed my hair! And charged me over $200 for it. They are extremely unprofessional. Look at my pictures!! They tried to hide it by curling my hair and handing me a small mirror. It wasn’t until that night when the curls fell out that I saw it. I will never go back here.
