Polished Hair Design

The ones that gave low ratings r 100% legit. I recommend to anyone go somewhere that's actually polished bc this ain't it. the ones ADMITTINGLY whispering, starring me down, snickering, and making faces as I was speaking to my stylist and getting my hair done is NOT positive no matter how u twist it. It's rude and unprofessional and made a 1st time customer uneasy. Black queens don't indulge in such and respect each other. They ADMITTED it was directed towards me after I lightweight called them out about it at which point they then tried to turn it into jokes ..... Lesson 1. Clients that GOT hair wanna keep it so they have the right to see or say what is being used in it, how TIGHT a braid is on the scalp, how much is cut, etc rather than sitting there like a mouse. I went to Polished to get my hair done & loved it! The whole atmosphere is super friendly & my hair came out AMAZING! Totally got more than I asked for & the stylists are all about healthy hair! Highly recommend! :)

I have not got my hair done but I like the place and not to mention my bronze people are in business yes Im loving it so once I'm done I'ma let y'all know how it's going for real. It is really a clean nice calm relaxing place first time but I'll be back.

I was STOOD UP!! I made the appointment weeks ago and called a week before the scheduled time to confirm everything was settled. On the day of my appointment no one answered the phone! I called at least 5 times. I don’t know if I’m more upset about being STOOD UP or the MONEY I PAID TO UBER TO GET HOME FOR NO REASON FOR THEIR UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!! Never again!!!!! Never never never! I should have known from the pictures on google that I was trying it!! Keita get it together!

My hair turned out ok, but the stylist got dye all over my skin and clothes and was rude. She also took 5 hours to do my hair when it should have taken 3 tops because she was working on several other people at the same time. Will not be going back.
