This is the owner of this shop and she is very nasty…. I would not recommend coming here and if yall look at the comments they can’t do nails anyway. The owner needs an attitude adjustment. I went today for the first time. Found my old nail tech that I have been going to for over 7 years. MJ is the best. I haven’t seen her in 2 years and OH HOW I HAVE MISSED HER..very nice establishment and friendly people. But MJ 💯 never fails me. I’ve always loved my nails long and she knows exactly what I want. I tell her my colors and I let her do her thing. Check them out!

It was my first time in this place, my appointment for polish change on my toes and regular manicure was at 10:30am I got there at 10:15am at 10:45am I was told the person assigned to me was running late so the girl at front desk ended up offering to do the polish change on my toes. The paint job looked like i did it myself and then when the nail tech gets there I guess she wasn’t made aware I had scheduled a regular manicure, so all she did was cut and shape my nails which I thought was just her procedure when starting to do a manicure but instead she went in and started painting my nails, the paint job was also horrible, I didn’t get to wash my hands prior to painting to make sure the nails didn’t look crusty after being buffed. I had such an amazing experience at Polished Nail Salon! I didn’t even have an appointment, but the staff was so accommodating and fit me in without hesitation. From start to finish, the service was excellent my nail tech was attentive, detail-oriented, and really made sure I was comfortable throughout. The entire staff was courteous and professional, and I really appreciated that there were no distracting side conversations happening in another language it made the atmosphere feel very welcoming and inclusive. The salon itself is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I left with gorgeous nails and a big smile. The gel pedicure came out great. My nail tech was incredibly friendly and communicative. I wish they had spa/massage chairs, but other than that, no complaints. They're very sanitary. Appointments recommended but not required.
