I have been going to Polish’d on and off since September of 2021. The first time I went in, Chasity was extremely helpful with me choosing a color for my toes and nails for my first time as a bridesmaid. I liked getting my nails done at Polish’d so much I started going back in May of 2022. I’ve been getting my nails done with the owner Chasity ever since. My favorite part is she is always willing to try whatever design I bring in and asks me if I like something. Sometimes, she even knows what I want better than I do. She will choose a color for me when I’m feeling uninspired and it will be perfect. It’s so fun! I also love the environment. Chasity, the owner, worked on my nails. I was injured twice on two separate nails, resulting in blood, and let her know that she was heavy-handed and causing me pain. In response, I was told that my fingers are sensitive. After we were finished I expressed my dissatisfaction as my fingers were pulsing in pain. About fifteen minutes after my appointment, I needed her work to be removed because of how much continued pain my fingers were in. I called, requested a refund, to which she responded she would only provide half of a refund if I came to her personally to get them removed. It seems rather unfair to only get half of a refund for work I no longer have on my nails. Excellent customer service would have provided the refund in full. I requested short, rounded, but got long and square with sharp corners. Originally requested neutral single color, allowed myself to be talked into reverse french. Pedicurist was fine, but felt it was rushed and not full service I've received elsewhere. Nail tech was late, seemed distracted, didn't listen to request for style, and took too long. Also really tore up my cuticles with the dremel tool. My cuticles were red, sore, and scabbed up my entire vacation. Was hoping this would be my neighborhood go-to for pedis and manis. There were a couple of obviously long-time customers there, but I just don't think I can go back. ☹️
